Lee Anne is DH Companies most tenured employee who started when the company was founded in 2005. She has worn many hats since its inception and has helped develop and grow the company at various capacities. Whether it's Project Management, Accounting, Sales Support, Warehouse Management or Onsite Installation, Lee Anne has done it all and she truly understands our business and our clients' needs. In her current role as Vice President, she oversees the Warehousing & Installation Department and handles contracts and various corporate functions.

Matt Louise

Matt Louise originally joined DH Companies in July of 2016. He assists with overseeing operations/procedures and is directly responsible for hiring and managing of the entire field crew. In addition, Matt maintains quality control by
regularly visiting all warehouse partners and installation sites. Through past experience in the hospitality industry, he provides insight from a customer's perspective which helps drive the DH Companies commitment to excellence.

Rob Unger
Vice President of Procurement Services

For the past two decades, Rob has garnered experience and respect in the hospitality industry on many levels with various respected companies. With the goal of broadening his understanding across all facets of the hospitality procurement industry, he spent many years working in the manufacturing and logistics fields gaining experiences and knowledge that have expanded his skillset. Over the last ten years, Rob has accepted the challenge of establishing successful procurement departments within companies in many different capacities. A strong leader and strategist, he has developed the ability to analyze existing procedures in order to fill in
gaps and create strategies that both streamline current project management processes and produce cost-effective solutions for all areas of category procurement.

Jennifer Miller
Director of Purchasing

Jennifer joined DH Companies in early 2017 as a Procurement Project Manager. When joining the team, she brought with her seven years of retail and buying experience in the fashion industry. Jennifer has an ease of building relationships and in a small amount of time has fully immersed herself into the hospitality industry. In her current role as Director of Procurement, Jennifer oversees all day to day functions of her team. She ensures that every team member upholds the highest level of standards on each project; including communication, detailing, organization and management. She is also a devoted member of the NEWH Washington DC Chapter.

Sharon Shaffer
Vice President of Business Development

Sharon joined the DH Companies Family in 2019 as the VP of Business Development. Starting off in the Hospitality industry as a Hotel General Manager, Sharon quickly grew professionally through 18 years of sales and sales leadership positions in distribution to the industry. As the head of the Business Development team with over 25 years of experience her philosophy is simple, "be a person of value who helps others succeed and you will win at life". Our team goal is to value the relationship more than the transaction.





Mohammad Mahmood
Director of Transportation Services

Mohammad joined DH Companies in April 2016. Today, as DH's Director of Transportation Services, he is responsible for all of DH's day to day logistics functions and works closely with other DH leaders to drive growth, and continued logistical excellence for the clients. Mo has 13 plus years' experience in the supply chain and 3PL industry. He is experienced in all aspects of the transportation industry that includes both domestic and
international freight. He holds a bachelor's of science in Marketing from George Mason University.







Stephanie Johnson
Accounting Manager

Stephanie originally joined the DH team in 2014 as an Administrative Assistant working closely with the CFO and Vice President to provide support and fluidity amongst the Project Management Team and the Accounting Team. She brought with her five years of Accounting Experience with extensive knowledge of QuickBooks and Peachtree. In her new role of Accounting Manager, Stephanie ensures both Client and Vendor accounts remain the top focus of the Accounting Department, while projecting corporate cash flow, and stepping into the Lead Liaison role for Human Resources and Payroll Specialist.
During her time with DH Stephanie has implemented all new processes and procedures while mentoring and training the members of her department for ultimate success

Sarah Walker
Sales Support Manager

Sarah manages the Quoting and Marketing team in her role as Sales Support Manager. Her vision is to build a streamlined experience for DH Company's clients and the internal team using innovative processes and state of the art technology to stay in front of the continuously evolving business. Sarah began her career in B2B Sales and Account Management in the automotive retail and repair industry. She joined DH Companies in 2019 bringing her marketing and sales experience as a foundation to build out the DH Company's suite of tools and technology to support the expanding Sales team.

Greg Horton

Greg joined the DH Companies Family in 2019 as Business Development Manager. Greg brings 20 years of Sales experience with him to DHC. With a diverse background in sales in the real estate market, and hospitality distribution industry, Greg has a unique point of view with aspire to understand his clients and their specific needs and putting their goals first. "You can get everything in life you want if you will just help other people get what they want."

Kathy Jones
Business Development Manager

Kathy Jones joined the DH Companies Family in 2018 because she believes in the culture and diversity that DH Companies values and celebrates. Kathy brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry from operations to distribution. In 1998 she began working at an independent hotel and grew quickly to help oversee a Hilton family hotel. Growing up the ladder, Kathy took a position as Territory Sales Manager with a major hospitality distributor in 2006 where she excelled and was the recipient of the Pace Setters award. By putting clients first, and understanding their needs, Kathy values the relationship she builds.
